Our goal at Safe Harbor Ministry (SHM) is to minister to anyone regardless of that person’s ability to afford the lowest fee on our sliding scale. This is the primary reason why the General Assistance Fund was created, ensuring the long-term viability of SHM.  At the discretion of the SHM board, they may also provide staff with ongoing training or other benefits. SHM is a religious non-profit corporation (501-3-c).
